Motorola’s first hole-punch camera phone One Vision was released internationally in May, but did not include China. However, its clone P50, designed specially for the Chinese market, is expected to be launched in the Middle Kingdom on July 20.

The Motorola P50 looks identical to One Vision, and carries some of its key characteristics, including the 6.3-inch full-HD+ 21:9 hole-punch display with extra high 2520*1080P resolution, 25-megapixel front camera, 48-megapixel rear camera, and the 3D curved glass build.

In order to deliver true cinema-level video quality, in addition to the 21:9 cinema-level display ratio, the P50 also uses DCI-P3 cinema-level color specter, which is 33% more accurate than sRGB. Motorola also promises Dolby sound, and a variety of sound effects from far and near to create a stunning movie surround sound.

The Motorola P50 will be powered by the 2.2GHz octa-core Samsung Exynos 9609 SoC with 4GB of RAM. The gadget is equipped with Game Turbo technology, optimized for more than 200 mainstream games, while its average frame rate increased by 9%. P50 also added a new 4D U-Touch control mode that allows for complex operations to be controlled with simple gestures. The phone packs a 3,500mAh battery with 15W TurboPower fast charging support and boasts 128GB of built-in storage space, which can be expanded with a microSD card (up to 512GB).
