On the eighth anniversary of its entry into the Chinese market, Tesla opened a new delivery center in Beijing, covering about 12,000 square meters. With over 100 indoor delivery spaces, the company said the facility is its single largest in Asia.

Located near the Xiedao (literally, \"crab island\") resort in northeast Beijing, the delivery center is equipped with charging facilities and leisure space, which can improve delivery efficiency and service experience. The center is expected to serve as an important distribution point for Tesla's products and a gathering place for customers in China and throughout Asia.

\n\n\n\n

The intelligent delivery system that the company calls \"Delivery Vision\" can allocate human resources at the delivery site, increase the speed of delivery, and help car owners confirm their estimated delivery time.

\n\n\n\n

In 2013, Tesla opened its first experience center for the Chinese market in Beijing, marking the beginning of its entry into the country. Eight years later, Tesla Vice President Grace Tao said at the center's opening ceremony that Tesla will continue to deepen its commitment to the new energy sector and help China reach its carbon emissions peak and even carbon neutrality as soon as possible.

The number of Tesla supercharger stations open in mainland China now exceeds 900, with more than 7,000 superchargers covering more than 330 cities in China. In terms of service, Tesla's online problem solving rate can reach over 85%, and customer feedback satisfaction rate can exceed 93%. In terms of clean energy application, by the end of 2020, Tesla vehicles had saved 5.637 billion liters of gasoline and reduced 16.96 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
