Chinese IoT powerhouse and prominent smartphone maker Xiaomi officially entered the Japanese market on December 9. The company held a product conference in the country releasing a selection of products including the Mi Note 10 mobile phone, the Mi Band 4 fitness bracelet, a smart rice cooker, as well as Mi-branded power-banks, 20-inch suitcases and more.

According to reports, the Mi Note 10 Pro will come in three colors: Aurora Green, Glacier White and Midnight Black. The phone will be equipped with a 6.47-inch hyperbolic screen, a Snapdragon 730G processor and a built-in 5260mAh strip-shaped fast charge battery.

The 6GB + 128GB version of the handset will retail for 52800 yen, about $490; the 8GB + 256G version will sell for 64,800 yen, which is about $600. The Mi Note 10 will be available for pre-sale in Japan starting December 9th and will be officially released on December 23.

Xiaomi also released the Mi Band 4, which is priced at 3490 yen, or about $30; a smart rice cooker costing 9999 yen, roughly $90; a 10,000mAh power bank, retailing for 1899 yen, about $20, and a 20-inch metal carry on suitcase that can be bought for 17,900 yen, close to $165.
