The Red Magic 3 has a very angular design with straight lines and angular edges. The back cover sports an RGB strip that lights up while gaming and when notifications are received.

The phone is rather large in size but doesn't feel bulky. It features a 6.65-inch AMOLED display with full HD+ resolution. The display has a 90Hz refresh rate, delivering a smooth gaming experience visually. Most phones have a refresh rate sitting around 60Hz, making it difficult to spot a difference in smoothness. However, after getting used to 90Hz, 60Hz just isn't the same anymore and appears jerky and rugged.
