At around 10 pm on December 10 in China, an animated series based on sci-fi trilogy "The Three-Body Problem," which had been online for less than 12 hours, exceeded 100 million views on domestic video streaming platform Bilibili.
As its principal producer and financier, Chinese video streaming platform Bilibili announced the latest progress in producing The Three-Body Problem animated series, which is an adaptation of Liu Cixin's titular Hugo Award-winning sci-fi trilogy.
According to the National Radio and Television Administration, a new TV series called The Three-Body Problem, an adaptation of Hugo and Nebula award winner Liu Cixin's epic sci-fi trilogy, is about to start filming this September.
