Tesla to “Recall” Model 3 and Model Y in China for Online Software Update

On June 26, Tesla filed a recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulation Supervision of China as the company Tesla will make an online software update related to assisted driving.

Due to the problem of active cruise control system of vehicles within the scope of this “recall”, it is easy for drivers to activate active cruise function accidentally, which has potential safety hazards. The update will fix this problem.

Owners will not have to return their vehicles for the update.
