The Autonomous Driving Company TuSimple Has Launched A New Brand ‘CreateAI’
On December 19, the autonomous driving company TuSimple announced the launch of its new brand CreateAI and released several advancements in the field of generative AI.
In terms of the ‘Three-Body’ IP, CreateAI will also collaborate with animation director Shoji Kawamori (‘Macross’ series, etc.) and animation production company Satelight Inc., to utilize AIGC technology to help creators achieve more breakthroughs in showcasing grand cosmic civilizations.
At the same time, CreateAI has also launched its first large model product ‘Ruyi’, which is positioned in the field of open-source image-to-video. As the underlying core of its self-developed AI infrastructure, the company will use ‘Ruyi’ to create multiple AI generative tools for gaming and animation production.
In addition to business progress, CreateAI has also released its latest business plan today, showcasing content related to corporate transformation for investors.
This August, TuSimple reached a cooperation agreement with Shanghai SanTi Animation Co., Ltd. to jointly develop the first animated feature film and video game based on the internationally renowned science fiction novel series ‘The Three-Body Problem’ created by Liu Cixin.
TuSimple President and CEO Cheng Lu has stated that the company has no plans to exit the transportation industry, and will continue to promote the commercialization of autonomous driving technology through technical cooperation and licensing.
