Vivo T2x Smartphone Rumored to Feature 6000mAh Large Battery
The product launch event for the vivo T2 smartphone, originally scheduled for May 23, will now reportedly be held at 19:00 on June 6. Besides the vivo T2, another smartphone named the vivo T2x is to be unveiled on the same day.
On Thursday, Chinese tech industry blogger “Digital Chat Station” exposed configurations of the vivo T2 series. The vivo T2 will be equipped with a Qualcomm 870, 80W flash charging, 64MP OIS camera, 120Hz AMOLED screen, and an under-screen fingerprint sensor.
As for the vivo T2x, it will adopt a 6.58-inch FHD + LCD screen, 16MP front camera, 50MP and 2MP rear cameras, a Dimensity 1300 processor, a built-in 6000mAh battery, and 44W fast charging. It is 9.21 mm thick and weighs 202.8g. The combination of a Dimensity 1300 processor and 6000mAh battery is expected to bring about an excellent battery life.

Vivo has spent great effort on expanding the battery life and charging speed of its products. In September last year, vivo sub-brand iQOO launched a smartphone – the iQOO Z5 – which is equipped with a 5000mAh battery. The official test shows that it supports listening to songs for 96 hours, playing games for 10.4 hours or watching videos for 18.3 hours.
