Xiaomi Denies ‘CyberOne Humanoid Robot Will Soon Be Mass-Produced’
Recently, there have been reports that Xiaomi‘s robot CyberOne is currently being phased into the Yizhuang production line and plans to announce progress in mass production in March-April, open for visits in April-May, and conduct PR promotion in the second half of the year. In response to this, Xiaomi personnel stated that the aforementioned information is not true.
CyberOne is Xiaomi‘s first full-size humanoid bionic robot, officially unveiled in August 2022.
Xiaomi‘s full-size humanoid bionic robot CyberOne is 177cm tall and weighs 52kg, with the stage name ‘Tie Da’.
Xiaomi stated that ‘Tie Da’ incorporates various technologies, capable of perceiving 45 human semantic emotions and distinguishing 85 environmental semantics; equipped with Xiaomi‘s self-developed full-body control algorithm, it can coordinate movements in 21 joints; equipped with Mi Sense visual spatial system for three-dimensional reconstruction of the real world; features five joint drives throughout the body, with a peak torque of 300Nm. The intelligence and mechanical capabilities of CyberOne are all independently developed by Xiaomi Robot Lab, backed by countless software, hardware, and algorithm development efforts.
