“It is the perfect integration between culture and art,” explains Lei Jun, Xiaomi CEO. The decision may be an allusion to the release of different artistic editions of the MIX 3.
The MIX 3 is said to adopt a slider design with a screen size of 6.5 inches and a resolution of 1080×2340, equipped with a Snapdragon 845 processor. In the camera department, the MIX 3 is said to house a front-facing 24MP dual-camera, and a dual rear-facing camera set of 12MP + 20MP.
Xiaomi has officially confirmed that the MIX 3 will support 5G connectivity, but the company may be withholding something even more interesting about the hardware – a next-generation Snapdragon chipset. Guesses are that the chip referenced is the Snapdragon 855.
