Xiaomi TV Enters the Russian Market
Xiaomi has continued its international expansion by entering Russia, marking an initial foray into the European market after success in both India and Indonesia. Xiaomi TV’s 55-inch, 43-inch and 32-inch models will be available to Russian customers. The Xiaomi TV features an Android 9.0 operating system complete with Bluetooth voice control for exceptional user convenience.

Xiaomi TVs feature an ultra-high-definition 4K LCD display, equipped with 4K HDMI 2.0 interfaces, with a resolution of 3840×2160. Its speaker also provides an outstanding overall audio-visual experience. As a smart TV, it is equipped with 802.11ac 2.4G/5G dual-band Wi-Fi, allowing for clear and smooth online content.
Xiaomi’s international expansion into India has been very successful so far, selling more than 2 million TV’s in the first 14 months, and ranking as India’s #1 smart TV brand for four quarters consecutively. Xiaomi can expect similar success in Russia, given the relative popularity of their smartphone products. Additionally, Xiaomi TV’s global shipments in 2019 have surpassed that of Sony, ranking it in the top 5 worldwide.
