Xiaomi’s POCO to Release Smartphone in Japan on June 23
POCO, a spin-off smartphone brand of Xiaomi, has announced its official entry into the Japanese market, according to many local media reports. An official account entitled “POCO Japan” has appeared on Twitter, and it has announced that a device called the “Flagship Killer” will be launched on June 23.
Although the name of the smartphone has not been unveiled, given the slogan and promotion material, it seems that it is the POCO F4 GT smartphone announced by the brand to the global market at the end of April.
The POCO F4 GT smartphone is equipped with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, supports a refresh rate of 120Hz, and adopts a Snapdragon 8Gen1SoC processor, for a price of €599 ($625). The smartphone supports 120W super-fast charging and is characterized by a high cost performance.

The device is equipped with a 64MP main camera, an 8MP super wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro camera with a 20MP Sony IMX596 sensor.
The smartphone has a 4700mAh battery and provides a safe mode, allowing users to easily charge while playing games. This model has a stereo speaker, supports infrared remote control and tactile feedback system, which can provide a rich gaming experience.
