XYZ Embodied AI has raised more than US$42.57 million within just four months of its founding, rapidly emerging as a frontrunner in the embodied intelligence race.

On December 11, 2025, XYZ Embodied AI announced the completion of its Angel+ round, raising more than US$14.19 million. The company—founded only four months ago—has now accumulated over US$42.57 million in total funding, solidifying its lead in the emerging embodied AI (embodied brain) sector.

The latest round was led by SAIF Partners and Kylin Capital, with participation from 37 Interactive Entertainment and others. Existing investors Genesis Capital and Yuanhe Origin also increased their stakes. The funding will be used to advance the company’s RoboBrain Pro, a professional-grade embodied AI brain, expand industry-specific solutions, and attract top-tier talent. Back in September, only one month after its inception, XYZ Embodied AI secured approximately US$28.31 million in its Angel round, backed by Hillhouse Capital, CAS Star, and other notable investors.

Incubated by the Beijing Institute for General Artificial Intelligence (BIGAI), the company’s core team comes from BIGAI, JD.com, and other leading organizations. XYZ focuses on developing a general embodied brain that works across different robotic forms, building what it calls a “physical AI” system. It has also created an edge computing platform with 2,070 TOPS, enabling efficient on-device model execution.

XYZ Embodied AI has already formed partnerships with Beijing Yizhuang Robotics, Zhongli Machinery, and others. Its jointly developed embodied loading and unloading system with Zhongli Machinery is set to be deployed soon. The company also provides the embodied AI brain for Zhiyuan’s “Spirit G2” robot, marking rapid progress on commercialization.
