Zhiyuan Robotics unveils Jingling G2 with NVIDIA Jetson Thor; industrial embodied robot logs $30–$140M in orders, with first deliveries underway.
On Oct. 16, 2025, Zhiyuan Robotics introduced the Jingling G2, a new industrial-grade interactive embodied robot built for factory, logistics, and public-service scenarios. The G2 integrates NVIDIA Jetson Thor for on-device AI and pairs force-controlled dual arms with a 19-DoF dexterous hand and 3D tactile sensing, plus a 5-DoF waist/leg module on an omnidirectional base for precise manipulation and mobility.
The company says the G2 supports rapid learning deployment and multimodal voice interaction, including multi-user continuous dialogue and knowledge-base Q&A for task guidance. A hot-swappable dual-battery design enables quick turnaround in the field. For safety and navigation, the robot combines 360° fisheye vision with front-and-rear dual LiDAR, performing proactive obstacle avoidance during autonomous navigation; a beyond-visual-range teleoperation stack with hardware-link optimizations aims to improve operator agility. Target use cases span industrial operations, inspection/patrol, security screening and guidance, tour guiding, home service, and R&D.
Zhiyuan added that commercial orders have surpassed “hundreds of millions of RMB”(roughly $30–$140 million) and the first batch has begun delivery. The release also notes the introduction of a real-robot reinforcement-learning toolchain to accelerate policy training and deployment.
