DiDi’s Subsidiary Xiaoju Charging Launches Compensation Service for Interrupted Charging
On April 25th, Xiaoju Charging announced the launch of the industry’s first charging interruption compensation service. It currently covers all Xiaoju Preferred Stations in Hangzhou, China and will be rolled out nationwide in the future to provide more reliable charging services for new energy vehicle owners.
The random interruption of charging is a core pain point for electric vehicle users during the charging process, which greatly affects their charging experience.
“The compensation service launched by Xiaoju Charging is another effort made by Xiaoju Charging to ensure user experience after launching the Xiaoju Preferred Station,” said Xie Jingjing, General Manager of Xiaoju New Energy.
The guarantee promise states that if a user’s charging session is interrupted at a Xiaoju preferred station while using the Xiaoju Charging App, WeChat mini program, DiDi Chuxing App or DiDi Driver App and the remaining charge level is above 80% and within 5 kWh, they will receive full compensation in the form of a deduction coupon for their next charging session.

As the first charging operation brand in the industry to launch a charging interruption compensation service, Xiaojue Charging relies on innovative technology and a sound operating system for this move.
At present, the rate of abnormalities between Xiaoju Charging stations is less than 4%, which is significantly lower than the industry average.
