The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has confirmed that a Swiss court overturned the verdict from the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) against Chinese swimmer Sun Yang.
Chinese media Beijing News hosted a video program recapping Sun’s strategies and actions in the arbitration case which led to severe consequences that would impact his swimming career.
Chinese swimmers have a history of doping violations. Though the Chinese doping control center was instituted in the 90s, Chinese sports were already under the shadow of drug use.
