Sales models are transforming towards digitalization. In such an industry context, massive amounts of call, video and IM chat data are generated from online sales processes, but these data are not effectively utilized. IT consulting firm Gartner predicts that 70% of sales force communication data is recorded in the next three years, and AI, machine learning and NLP technologies are used for competitive analysis, project analysis and market insight analysis.

Secondly, customer relationship management software has evolved out of the traditional sales management method. Similar to the current, common and traditional CRM, this software separates the sales process management system, sales training system, and performance evaluation system from the sales process that should be integrated, thus posing great difficulties to closed-loop sales and digital management.

As a pioneer in this field in China, Megaview.com was founded by Han Sanpu, the former CTO and co-founder of Huajiao Live in early 2020, creating a domestic cutting-edge AI SaaS platform based on conversation intelligence to see through the whole link sales process and empower sales growth.
