OnePlus recently unveiled the OnePlus 5T, its full-screen flagship, in China. The new phone, priced 2,999 yuan, offers better performance and cameras.
In design, the OnePlus 5T pursues “the sense of science and technology, and the sense of future.” It has a thin body, measuring 7.25mm thick and 6.01 inches on the diagonal, and weighing 162 grams. The display has an 18:9 aspect ratio screen and a resolution of 2160×1080 pixels. The screen-to-body ratio is 80.5 percent, which is 12.5 percent higher than the non-full screen.
In color, apart from black, the 5T is also available in a new “lava red,” which represents love and hope. This edition has been in development for years and is special one for OnePlus’ fourth anniversary.
The Lava Red edition, powerful but restrained, continues the design style and features of the OnePlus. Just like the cooling lava, the edition is soft with lingering charm and a quality texture. While pleasing to the eye, its ceramic fingerprint sensor makes this flagship both elegant and delicate.
The lava red version comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of flash storage, and the price is still 3,499 yuan. It will be released on December 17, when OnePlus celebrates its anniversary.
