OPPO’s Mid-Range K10x Smartphone to Debut Sept 16

OPPO’s K10 smartphone series was released at the end of April this year, and has since been well received by consumers. The Chinese electronics firm has now announced that it will launch the new OPPO K10x model on September 16, after opening the mid-range smartphone for preorders at 10 a.m. today.

According to the reservation page, the OPPO K10x has a 120Hz screen, a Snapdragon 695 processor and 64MP triple rear cameras. In terms of battery life, the device has a built-in 5000mAh battery and supports 67W wired fast charging. According to past experience, the OPPO K10x, as a mid-end model, will most likely not be shown at an event, but will appear directly on the online sales platform.

The OPPO K10x will have a 6.59-inch LCD screen with a 2412 x 1080 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, according to previous network access information on the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The OPPO K10x’s rear camera is a 64-megapixel main camera, plus two 2-megapixel secondary cameras, while the front camera has a 16-megapixel design. The smartphone model is 8.5mm thick and weighs 195g. It is available in silver and black.

In comparison, on April 24 this year, the OPPO K10 and K10 Pro were released, among which the standard edition is equipped with a Dimensity 8000-MAX processor, priced from 1,999 yuan ($289), while the Pro version is equipped with a Snapdragon 888 processor, priced from 2,499 yuan. OPPO also released its OPPO K10 Vitality Edition in July this year, which is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor.
