Tesla Model Y Performance Version with a Price Tag of $60,750 to Be Delivered Soon

Deliveries of the China-made Tesla Model Y Performance will begin soon, the company said on its Weibo account on Tuesday. The model uses dual motors and ternary lithium batteries and has a NEDC range of 566km.

The model is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds and tops out at 250 km/h. In addition, the car is equipped with a 15-inch display screen, which covers all vehicle functions and can capture its surrounding road conditions in real-time. There are two USB-C charging ports in the front and behind the integrated center console.

The Model Y Performance is priced at RMB 387,900 ($60,750) in China, which is RMB 111,900 more than the price of the entry-level Model Y, according to Tesla’s website.
