Xiaomi SU7 Delivery Time Extended, Orders Now Scheduled 3 to 6 Months Ahead

The Xiaomi EV app shows that the delivery time for the Xiaomi<img decoding="async" class="trade-card__loading" layout="fixed" height="50" width="50" src="https://assets.pandaily.com/uploads/2021/12/loading.png" placeholder /> SU7 has been extended, and some orders have been scheduled for about half a year.

If ordered now, the standard version is expected to be delivered in 13-16 weeks after the order is confirmed, the Pro version is expected to be delivered in 16-19 weeks. The Max version will require 24-27 weeks for delivery.

According to reports, it is understood that the standard version and Max version of Xiaomi<img decoding="async" class="trade-card__loading" layout="fixed" height="50" width="50" src="https://assets.pandaily.com/uploads/2021/12/loading.png" placeholder /> SU7 are expected to start delivery gradually from the end of April, while the Pro version is expected to start delivery gradually from the end of May. The Founder’s Edition is available now and deliveries officially started on April 3.

On the evening of March 29, Xiaomi<img decoding="async" class="trade-card__loading" layout="fixed" height="50" width="50" src="https://assets.pandaily.com/uploads/2021/12/loading.png" placeholder /> officially announced that after 24 hours of listing, the total number of pre-orders for Xiaomi<img decoding="async" class="trade-card__loading" layout="fixed" height="50" width="50" src="https://assets.pandaily.com/uploads/2021/12/loading.png" placeholder /> SU7 exceeded 88,898 units. According to plans, Xiaomi<img decoding="async" class="trade-card__loading" layout="fixed" height="50" width="50" src="https://assets.pandaily.com/uploads/2021/12/loading.png" placeholder /> Car factory is being built in two phases. The first phase covers an area of about 720,000 square meters with an annual production capacity of 150,000 vehicles and was completed in June 2023; the second phase is planned to commence construction in 2024 and be completed by 2025.
