OnePlus Watch to Release Harry Potter Edition in India

A few months ago, it was reported that OnePlus Watch would release a Harry Potter edition product. On Thursday, the company’s official Indian Twitter account began to warm up this special version of smart watch, labelling it “for a generation that still remembers magic.”

The company hasn’t explicitly confirmed the name, but it might simply be called “Harry Potter Edition.”

The picture in the post shows that the leather strap of this watch has the Hogwarts logo on it. In addition, the OnePlus promotional page has features content calling all witches and wizards, including the word “hpwatch,” – in which “hp” probably means Harry Potter.

OnePlus has not revealed more information about the Harry Potter edition product, but previous leaks claim the smart watch will have a new design, theme and six exclusive models, including Hogwarts, Hogwarts Seal, Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw.

The hardware for the Harry Potter version will be consistent with the standard model, meaning it will come with a 1.39-inch AMOLED screen, heart rate monitoring, SpO2 sensors, sleep tracking and motion mode.

The OnePlus Watch can last up to 14 days on a single charge, but lasts only 25 hours in GPS tracking mode. The watch supports ‘Warp Charge’ fast charging technology, which can last for up to one week after charging for 20 minutes.
